“All this snow reminds me of the day when my son was married. It was 1973 on St. Patrick’s Day and there was a sudden snow storm (known now as the infamous Great St. Patrick’s Day Storm). We ended up getting 10 inches in one day and weren’t sure if we would make the wedding. My son’s wife Janet’s family were coming up from Toledo but couldn’t make it. The thought of cancelling never came to our minds, but we were certainly worried about the caterer.”
Lois’ son Jim and his wife Janet are about to celebrate their 43rd Wedding Anniversary! Wishing you warm memories on this beautiful, snowy Friday!
