Since I served as the final Pastor at Boulevard Temple in Detroit, the ministry of UMRC has been an integral part of my own ministry wherever I have served. Now that I am retired (more or less), my passion and commitment to UMRC’s mission remains intact. I enjoyed serving on both the UMRC and UMRC Foundation Boards because honoring the lives of those who have helped create and sustain the legacy of UMRC is vital for our present…and future.
The expanded focus of the UMRC Foundation helps not only those who run out of resources…but helps empower those who serve our residents of UMRC… and the communities where we serve. Keeping our residents, staff, and communities healthy benefits all of us as we seek to serve this vital segment of our common life.
