We know that limited financial resources can keep older adults from pursuing lifestyle options just right for them. That’s why we work with the Department of Housing and Urban Development to offer six rent-subsidized senior living communities in and around the Grand Rapids area.

Residents enjoy private apartments and a whole host of on-campus amenities, including community rooms, exercise rooms, libraries, and laundry facilities. You are responsible for your own meals, personal care, and activities – but we’ll take care of maintenance and yard work. That’s the beauty of independent living!
