Safety measures we have in place include the following:

Screening and monitoring:

• All team members screened before and during shifts for signs and symptoms
• Restriction of visitors on campus to only end of life.
• Care residents monitored multiple times per day for any signs and symptoms
• Independent residents are given information about self-screening and strongly encouraged to leave campus only when needed.
• Additional steps include additional common area cleaning, cancelation of all group activities, cancellation of communal dining and closure of all community amenities
• Use of CDC recommended PPE for team members and residents

Actions when initial signs and symptoms develop:

• Team members are prevented from working and referred for testing
• Residents are isolated if suspected or confirmed. IL residents are isolated in their home. Care residents are moved to dedicated Covid care units with dedicated staffing, separate HVAC units and outside points of entry. These units utilize PPE (personal protective equipment) according to CDC isolation precautions.
