Active cases are currently in isolation for 10 days from date of positive test or symptom onset prior to positive test

Safety measures we have in place include the following:
Screening and monitoring

• All team members screened prior to shift for signs and symptoms
• All allowed visitors screened prior to entry
• Care residents monitored daily for any signs and symptoms
• Increased cleaning of common spaces and any resident or team member shared spaces
• Use of CDC recommended PPE for team members and residents
• Weekly testing for unvaccinated team members who work in resident care areas
• Rapid testing for team members or residents who develop symptoms

Actions when initial signs and symptoms develop

• Team members are prevented from working and receive testing
• Residents in care areas are isolated while awaiting results of Covid testing. If positive, appropriate next steps are taken in accordance with current regulatory guidance. IL residents are instructed to isolate in their home and follow current health department guidance
