The Green House Homes model of care is a natural fit with the mission of Brio Living Services, and one that prioritizes the needs and wishes of older adults. Considered the “gold standard” for long-term skilled nursing care, the Green House Homes utilize the household model that embraces person-centered care, individual choices, and close personal attention. This innovative model offers a small setting with no more than 10 to 12 older adults per household, each with their own private room and bathroom, and common living and dining areas that truly feel like home. With a high ratio of staff to older adults, our team members build meaningful, loving relationships with elders and their families.
