Participants may receive medical and supportive services in our Day Center located in Ypsilanti, which houses a primary care medical clinic, as well as several areas for recreational activities. Huron Valley PACE® (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) also offers a variety of services that can be provided in the comfort of your own home. We have relationships with top specialists and healthcare providers in the community to ensure participants get the care they need.
