Careers in Aging Week

Kresge Bakery

Happy Careers in Aging Week!  At Brio Living Services, we salute our dedicated professionals, from all backgrounds and walks of life, who have found their passion and their calling in serving older adults.  Starting April 18, we will feature a variety of careers in aging each day.

We are grateful for our direct care team members who are the life blood of our organization, including our caregivers, dining and housekeeping teams, who ensure the best possible care for the older adults we serve.  Still, a wide variety of talents is needed to make Brio Living Services run smoothly – from chaplains to chefs, med techs to informational technology, social workers to social media, life enrichment to environmental services, and finance to fundraising.  And this is only a sampling of the careers available in aging services!

At Brio Living Services, our 1,250 expert team members across the state bring knowledge and skills that are essential to provide outstanding care and services to more than 8,000 older adults each year – whether they call one of our 15 communities ‘home,’ or live independently in their own homes, thanks to our home- and community-based services.

The one thing our team members have in common?  The joy we experience each day in making a difference in the lives of older adults!  It’s what makes Brio Living Services a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® in Metro Detroit and West Michigan.

If you’re ready to “spring” into a career that combines your skills, your devotion to older adults, and your desire to make a difference for others, a career in aging may be just right for you!   Come join our team!  To learn more, visit mybriocareers.org.
